The highly-anticipated Sony Tablet S is slated for a September 16th release in the United States. To help promote the upcoming Android Honeycomb 3.1 tablet, Sony has been making rounds in some of the country’s biggest cities like San Francisco and now Los Angeles to give Android and Sony fans a glimpse of what they can expect when the Sony Tablet S launches.
Not only can you expect some hands-on time with the Sony Tablet S, but be prepared for plenty of food (and some delicious chocolate as I’ve been promised), as well as other giveaways and just a good old time with Sony staff members. The schedule for the LA event is as follows:
September 14th
11:30am – look for the Tablet at 3rd Street Promenade
1pm – catch it at the Santa Monica Pier
5:30pm – Special party at the Sony Store in Century City (PLEASE RSVP here to get on the guest list http://catchthetablethomec
September 15th
11 am – Hollywood & Highland
12 noon – LACMA / Tar Pits and the food trucks!
3 pm – We’ll be in Amoeba Records, look for us wearing the grey #catchthetablet t-shirts!
