Now, the Sony BRH10 Bluetooth Remote with Handset Function will be joining the companies growing array of accessories with some unique features HD Voice and speakerphone function for easy calling. The Sony BRH10 Bluetooth Remote with Handset Function is a “light and easy-to-use mini handset and remote control” according to Sony which can be paired to your device via Bluetooth. Once connected, the remote gives basic abilities like pause/play, navigation, and volume control, perfect for when consuming material on the Xperia Tablet Z2 and you don’t want to reach for the screen.
The real magic of the device, however, lies in its built-in handset with speakerphone. Thanks to that, you can easily take calls on your Xperia device without needing the main unit itself. Making calls will be a functionality through the Google Voice app. Sony will also be releasing a dedicated Android app with a ‘find remote’ function which will activate an audio cue if your device is lost in your couch or stolen by your cat.
